How To Fix 'Storage space running out. Some system functions may not work' / error code '919'

I am getting the notification "Storage space running out. Some system functions may not work" in android mobile. Also, when i try to install app from Google play store i found an Unknown error code during application installation: "919". Solution: Insufficient storage available, so you are getting this error notification. It is recommended to free up storage space by uninstalling unwanted apps, remove files and move app between phone storage and sd card according to the need.

If your android storage both the phone and SD card reaches limited space, then you can see the following error,
Storage space running out. Some system functions may not work.
Error: Insufficient storage available.
Unknown error code during application installation: "919"
Couldn't move app. Not enough storage space.
Note: Storage space is running out- Some system functions, such as syncing, may not work correctly. Try to free space by deleting or unpinning items, such as apps or media content.

i got panasonic t21... it shows storage space running out... i hav transfered all the data to sdcard.. system storage has 0.98gb space & apps in that is 98.23mb but available space it shows is 0.91mb... what is the solution to clean system storage???
