Him saying "I'm not a demon or anything" actually shows his crisis of conscience. He didn't just say "I'm not a bad guy", he said he's not a demon because he knows he's a bad guy. He doesn't deceive himself and say that he's not bad, but he still deceives himself by saying that he's not a demon. He is a bad guy, but not the worst bad guy (in his mind) is why he says it this way. In reality it makes no difference. A bad guy and a demon are one in the same, they both practice evil. The degree doesn't matter except when you're deciding the sentence.

4:26 kidney is worth at least 100K but they only get 5K from it, which means that the doctor and the organ trafficker are getting 95% of the profits, while the poor guy with a kidney lacking gets only 5K.

Makes sense why they target the poor and needy, a lot of them haven’t even held that amount of money in their hands before. The craziest part is how we have legit doctors/nurses working in tandem with these organ crooks. 😬

just an FYI to anybody, yes you can "live" with one kidney but it will deteriorate (develop CKD) at a faster rate, also associated with higher rates of high blood pressure. Not to mention you're more susceptible to serious issues with common things like kidney stones, where having 2 kidneys can compensate better. Not a nephrologist just a med student, and these doctors should have their licenses stripped and have criminal charges filed against them, such a disgrace.

As an immigrant you connect with people from your home country not knowing they're the enemy. It's so easy for them to isolate you from protection and laws, starting from language barriers. My worse people when I immigrated was my own family. They all want money.

I hope you all realize he’s offering $5, 000 MXN since he is in Mexico, which equals around $300 USD and they sell the kidney for $100K USD.
So disturbing to think the people convincing to sell and performing surgery get a way bigger cut of $ than the one giving away their organ.

$5000 for a vital organ is NOTHING. The homeless will exhaust that in a 2-3 months time. You can live with one kidney but it takes a toll on your health and as far as I know you'll have to take medication for the rest of your life because of it. The people doing this belong in prison, especially the doctor and medical staff involved.

It's crazy to think that these black market doctors have regular patience that have no idea what they do on their spare time.
