1 : In this lecture it is made clear that whenever there is Bearer cheque, we need go to the bank where a person possesses account who gives us cheque.Banker will only ask for cnic and two signs only for purpose of record.
2: When we received amount from bank this process is call encashed on counter.
3: Beare cheque can be cashed, deposited and converted in order cheque.
4: it is pertinent to mention here that in Order cheque Banker will camper the name written on cheque and CNiC.
5: we may get bearer cheque deposited in any one's account for which we need wait 2 days b/c state bank will make it clear whether a person who issuesd chquqe has sufficient amount.
6: oredr chquqe cam only be deposited in the account fo one whose cnic is written on cheque..
7: Cross cheque can only be deposited. (awara cheque 😀)
7: special crossing means we specify the bank name whem we have account in more than one bank.
8: restrictive crossing, cheque can only be deposited in the account of person whose name is written .

By the way, it is best way to teach. Really, very interesting.
Thank you so much sir..

I understand from this video about Bearer cheque ;
Bank take cnic and 2 sign from receiver for bank record and encashed on counter
Also learned about order cheque that order cheque can be misused through same name of other person, order cheque can be deposite but on thesame person account,

W Salam Sir.
What is meant by bearer cheque?
Bearer cheque means the cheque which can be recieved by cheque holder (parkash) from the branch where account holder (Amitab) has an account, cheque holder signs two times on the back side of cheque and also submit his Copy Of CNIC for record keeping. It can be cashed by anyone else too, who brings it to the bank. There is an example of Amitab and Parkash in video. Bank does not verify the name written on cheque and CNIC is just kept for record. It can be encashed on counter(this is important word). This is also insecure cheque if misplaced because it can be encashed on counter easily.
Bearer cheque can be converted into order cheque by marking a line over Bearer Cheque written. (order cheque is one of the types of cheques) that is not as much dangerous as bearer cheque. Order cheque can not be encashed on counter unless CNIC matches with the name of the Cheque Holder and bank takes two signs of cheque holder before giving him cash. order Cheque cheque shall be verfied too. It can be misused in rare cases but it becomes safe when you write CNIC number alongwith name because names can be matched but CNIC numbers can not be matched ever.
Both cheques can be depositted but there is little bit difference.
1.Bearer cheque: It can be depositted in any account through The State Bank Clearance.
2. Order Cheque: It can be dipositted but only in account of whose name is written over cheque.
After due process of two he can encash his amount from his own bank account.
Crossing Of Cheques?
There are two cross lines over the corner of cheque . It is an special type of cheque and the bank does not need to see the name on cheque. It can not be cashed on counter but can be depositted. Cross cheque only means to not cash on counter but it can be dangerous.
General Crossing With Bearer Cheque. The General crossing with bearer cheque of Kashif ud Din can be depositted in any account.
Special cross cheque is some how secured, it becomes special cross when my client gives me cross cheque then he writes the name of bank (UBL) between two lines of cross, now i can not depositted into my other(HBL) bank account. It too can not be cashed on counter. In this way it is known as special cross cheque.
Restrictive Crossing means it is only deposited in the account of Ramesh Kumar(Account Holder) alongwith his CNIC number because it is much secure. It is better cheque. This what i understood.
