In the step where you click on "add to each" this option does not appear when following the video. The option for "more" does not seem to exist for me.

Hi, I did the same steps but the Dynamic content window does not pop up.. but I do not have the option to get more option while creating new step (I mean condition and more)

hi this was really helpful, simple & informative. Is there a way that I can use the data from the form and check with another excel data to give a comparative view on the same dashboard. Ex. if Jean claude van dam is there in my excel data set (another source of data) and say in the dashboard that Jean is present and give more info (like his birthday, etc) ?

I used this at the start of a Power BI training session (QR code on screen). One closed question about how familiar they were with Power BI and one open question about their expectations. Clients were positively amazed with their results live on screen! And for me as trainer, I was able to focus on these outcomes/expectations. Thanks!
Any idea how to delete the data without deleting the MS Flow itself (so that I can reuse it with zero data)? Apparatly switching on/off the Historic data analysis didn’t work).

I did exactly the same steps as you, and its working when someone makes the former, but my microsoft forms is an old one and there is some past informations that I cant put together. Is there something I could try?

Thank you for your video! I managed to connected my form/data (in Power BI Desktop), but with multiple answer data it sees each response as a piece of data, not sure how to seperate it. E.g. what are your favorite colors? Blue, Red, Yellow, Orange - when someone selects multiple answers the entry looks like ["Blue", "Yellow", "Orange"] whereas I would like to separate the answers. Any ideas how to do that? Thanks!

Do you think that instead of forms you could use an excel file that lives in sharepoint? I have my team accessing data through an excel in sharepoint and would be cool to link up to powerbi live.

How are you able to connect the questions and get data into PowerBi for the other questions you have on your form? (ie the tree mapping, the answers with ratings, etc.). I have the current form I created setup and flow works good.

When I click on add rows to dataset in power bi under workspace I can see different workspaces that I have. But when I choose my workspace I cannot see dataset which is there under my workspace. Same applies to tables. Can't see datasets or tables, any clues ??

Will this also pull existing data that is already on the MS form? If not how do we add that onto the MS flow path.

Awesome MS Form Flow Power BI combination! Just one question: What if you have more than 3 MS Form questions? Can you simple add these questions in the MS Flow Number / text / date fields (10:11min)? Appartenly it doesn't work completely yet in my Power BI Desktop. I only see the answers to the question that I first added in any of the MS Flow Number/ text / date fields. Any ideas?

Hi @powerPivotPro, I am stucked at 8:55. When I click New step, it simply create a new step. I dont see options like you have on your video: Add an action, Add a condition, ... Add an apply to each.

Can you make real time dashboards by adding whole files and refreshing the dashboard instead of entering data by forms??
