I never received my card in the mail and was told i would need to pay $20 for a replacement. Horrible

I tried to take this course today as a requirement of my job. This was by far the worst online class I have ever taken. They simply do not give you enough information to finish the class. There are no definitions to understand the terminology they use on the tests. I don't know anything about operating a boat or being on water for that matter. I feel you would need to have a few years experience in order to even understand the questions let alone pass. I quit after 5 hours of trying to fight through it. I also fail to understand what flying monsters and boat robbers have anything to do with learning boat safety and operation. Customer service refunded my companies money for it. But it was a total waist of time.
