Imagine you as a T-Rex, the king of dinosaurs, seeing your chicken descendants from the heavens be harvested in the millions per year by some hairless ape species.

If scientists cut out a non-fossilized piece of bone from a T-Rex femur and then do a chemical analysis with it, I bet you would ground up some meat of various animal species to compare the texture of what a T-Rex tastes like.

My family we’re hunters for quite a while. In my experience the age of the meat also has something to do with it. Younger animals or female animals since were talking about deer that would be doe or young male spikes you’ll get better tasting meat more tender less gamy. Following that logic then a younger tea Rex would possibly taste better and be healthier for you than the older version. Thank you for the show

Actually, birds ARE dinosaurs. They're feathered therapod dinosaurs. The meat of a T-Rex would likely be tough, requiring marinade to tenderize and cut down on the gamey taste.

Most dinosaurs were closely related to birds more than reptile, and all had a possibility to have feathers at any time in their life due to a common ancestor. Crocodiles and alligators were more distant than people think.
