I like the position of the drill rig apparatus for transport, a lot of drill rigs are very high and require a pole car. I hauled a lot of Liebherr out of Newport News, Virginia to Atlanta. Never hauled a Liebherr drill rig but have hauled AF-350's out of Italy. The shop manager at Newport News is a class act. The service truck has this painted on the back of their truck, "Why would you want a Cat when you can have a bear!"

Thanks for your questions,  Eddie J. Parsons. This depends on the drilling tool: the soil is either excavated or displaced.
How long it takes to learn to operate this kind of queipment is a bit difficult to answer – usually it takes between 6-12 months (courses, practice etc.).
