VLOG: DIY kitchen renovation updates, setbacks & new aesthetic

This is my first home and I'm renovating my small kitchen on a budget...the problem is that I have expensive taste. All my kitchen makeover plans seem to be falling apart, money is drying up and this upgrade is taking forever. Here's an update on some home setbacks that have been happening, where the money is going and how I'm trying to turn things around.

The kitchen is getting there! One word of advice about the stove—I would make sure that your house can have a gas stove hooked up to it. By the looks of it, you and I have the same time of stove, but we can’t have a gas stove here because it would require setting up a gas line which is $$$. It was awesome talking to you today—I can’t wait to do it again!

Alexandra, your kitchen looks amazing. When the backsplash was installed, did they go behind the under-mount range hood, or is the backsplash behind the range hood?
I’m looking for a under mount range hood, like yours. Can you tell me if it vents out through your existing vent pipe, or does it recirculate back into the kitchen. May I ask what name and brand you purchased? Thank you so much!!
