Our experience was that we were never cash flow positive on our lease houses. Typically, cash flow positive properties needed significant improvements. However, the (US) federal tax benefits and the home equity built over time made the real investment very worth while. Are US citizens eligible to invest in residential (condo) properties in Montreal?
