The price of silver is being manipulated to avoid having an industrial shortfall. The WEF does not want the public to own metals of any value.
You can pick a price and foretell a price but the public can break the bank. When demand by investors holding silver or gold becomes to high the corporate payment and supply apparatus will weaken and may fail. It is the fear that the little man may influence the economy and ruin the back room schemes.

We're in the middle of the woods and these woods are deep. Even if silver and gold explode that doesn't mean everything is going to be ok. Uncle Sam could very easily demand we sell our silver and gold to him. If the economy totally crashed then where up the creek because they'll just say it's a matter of national security. If that happens then the woods turn into something worse than Kodiak Island and your there without having God's only real ammunition which is silver and gold. Those monsters of the woods are gonna eat. You gotta be lucky too and of course praying to God is always your best investment.
