My Wii U says “Can’t find app Steam”, does anyone know how to fix this. I’ve tried everything can think of, I’ve put the location of steam in app = steam I’ve changed the app and it just says the new apps name, I’ve put the # before it, I’ve formatted my sd card 2x and the same error every time.

I know this is a year old video by now but I'm having problems. I've done everything in the video to the config file, but now there are more options. Does anyone know what to enable or disable?
The reason I ask is that I just can't get Moonlight on Wii U to connect to my host PC. I always end up with an error saying can't connect to IP and also Can't connect to server in red at the bottom.
Both are on the same network. Another issue I noticed is that my IP is not a "192.168.#.##" instead my IP is a "24.72.###.##"
I'm not sure if that is the problem. Or if I messed something else up in the config file.
Googling this issue and I'm finding nothing so this is my last resort.
Someone mentioned below that they were having this issue and disabled the Nefarious Virtual Gamepad under apps and features like you said, and that fixed the issue. But I don't see how that even applies to this issue and I don't even have that app installed anyway so that can't be it.

Why 1280x720? The Wii U gamepad screen is only 480p.

I just get the "can't connect to server" error when I start up the app. I mean it's the right IP address tf is causing it not to work?💔
