Speaking of Maddow's moral compass reminded me of an office I worked in. One of the mathematicians had been a scout leader for years in private life. At some time he had to move an old beast of a metal desk that had been around during his scouting days. And he found an old compass in it. But it's polarity had changed over all that time in the metal desk. Now the N needle pointed South.
I found out about it coming to work on day. The other mathematician in our office was walking around the lobby with the compass, going "Holy kaka, I have a South pointing compass." (He was a character) Then I heard the story.
Maddow's moral compass had been subverted by the overpowering influence of the corporate beast.

I can tolerate Hannity and Maddow for a minute or so. Hannity had a radio show that came on before Rush a decade or so ago. I heard him spend two or three minutes to say "I like Alan Colmes" (in ten times as many words). Hannity's a waste of time.

Objectivity and Honesty: Taibbi is as near the Gold Standard as there is. Wouldn't put Hannity in the same box as Maddow, simply because I think that an honest fact-checker would give Hannity an edge.

The likes to views ratio has been under 10 percent on this and another of the Taibbi clips -- which is atypical for Due Dissidence vids, suggesting they're getting a fair amount of hate-watching by pro-censorship morons.
