Weirdly enough, this is not the first “I kiss my dad to make a boy I like jealous” plot line I see in a French movie, the other one I can think of is La Boum from the 80s which is at least decent enough to have the dad think his daughter is really weird for doing that and it only happens once thank god, but like, it’s bad that it happened in the first place? Ever? Let alone in two movies?

I just subscribed to you. I gotta say you brought back so many childhood memories of watching these movies in the 80's and 90's. At that age i didn't realize a lot of this terrible things going on. Now I'm feeling nostalgic and disgusted in same time. Lbvs. I was born in the 70's, it really makes me think how our innocent minds didn't realize how bad the main storys were.
