this video is very useful and clear the concept of data loading. we need one more thing instead of replacing data, we need to update column(s) as per condition and developer can specify as per the requirement then user can update data from xls, csv etc.

When there are child records already, and a replace or merge needs to happen, how do we handle that? I tried and it gives an error and stops the entire procedure. Is there a way to continue without that record?
