Hopefully you can help! When I am watching a show on Netflix, Hulu, Max, etc., and after watching an episode it does not mark the episode as being watched. I know how to go in and mark it watched. And, I do this with every show so I know where I left off and I can continue when I’m ready. The problem is that I am elderly, and I forget easily. When a show is completed, and there are no more episodes and all episodes are marked watched, unfortunately they don’t stay marked watched. I’ve gone back because I have forgotten names of certain shows to see if I have watched it or, maybe not completed watching it and all episodes are not marked watched. So I go in and start the first episode and realize I remember seeing this show and that I completed it. Recently, I put notes in my phone to let me know the name of a show, the season and episode that I left off on. When I go back and continue where I left A month or so later all of the episodes that I had marked watched are unmarked. How do I get them to stay marked forever?
