Thanks to the CT scan, we are going to show you, what is hidden inside 3 different battery cells. The first one is from Winston ThunderSky and the remaining two are from ELERIX.

Great video, great ideea to post! Fantastic to see the layers and electrode-terminal bonding. Do you perform CT on cells regularly as QC or was this a one off? If yes, do you use automatic fault detection or operator screening?

Hey there! I am not sure, but it seems there are two kind of battery cells inside, right? I mean, ELERIX has cells made by winding process and the Winston has cells made by stacking process, right? Why did ELERIX decide using the winding cells? What is the advantage? Thanks for sharing the video.
