It's not exactly FAKE. When he writes "doctors say", he means that the ball is a hallucination.

Reasons why this is fake:
The "prototype" is clearly and visibly just one of those cheap wanabee bouncy balls you can buy at any gift shop

When dropping it from a balcony, both the "prototype" and the real thing land on grass. This is important because grass and dirt eliminate most of the bouncy ball's momentum, so it would be impossible for any bouncy ball to jump to above 6ft (from grass)

Physics dictates that a bouncing object can return to the height it started from only in a frictionless envoroment and if no energy is lost in the impact on the ground. The second one is important, because it is, by all means, completely impossible to achieve. So how did the ball get to the exact height it started from?

The video is visibly reversed. You can clearly see it by looking at the hand movements. Want more proof? Well, what sane person catches a ball with just 2 fingers? You would obviously use your whole hand to avoid the risk of the ball falling down again and potentially bouncing away.

It can reach 70, 000ft. Really? The cruising altitude of your average passenger plane is around 42, 000ft. Although planes like the SR-71 can reach altitudes of up to 70, 000ft, i don't think you could convince the US government to lend you one for your experiment.

The laws of conservation of energy say that energy in an object cannot be more than the energy that it had before. Seeing as how you dropped the ball and didn’t throw it, it would only bounce from 1/6 - 1/10 of the height you dropped it from (rough estimation). And also it is quite obviously reversed.
Also it’s physicians not doctors.
