So Guys, the correct answer to the hidden question is that the Max Amps that this motor can intake are Infinite and depends upon the how high the voltage and power source is..
Example : If we take a million volts being fed to it using a high current and high voltage static source then the extreme current will flow through it accordingly.

In the title, i have said 30 Amps which is for the supply ie. what is connected to the toy dc motor.Although the motor will obviously draw less.

iam building a 3D printed motor right now. iam going to use a 12 segment rotor, and a 12 part commutator along with 0.7mm thick copper wire. the total magnet force on ONE side is going to be approx 50kg. making a total force of 100kg on BOTH sides overall. now heres the tricky part: the motor is going to be 3D printed. and the rotor aswell. the rotor is 48mmx48mm in size, and 120mm tall. just how fast is it going to be on 12V? iam asking this because i dont want it to shatter at high speeds, and the filament type is going to be PLA. please, help me with this

The current depends on the winding and the load over the motor as if the load will increase more amp will be needed

And as far as i think it can handel about 5 amp

its better to use 2 large pole like wire ..and arrange motor with it and fly motor
