I had same issue and fixed it. all to do is to update your graphic card and let your firewall give access to the fifa app and anti cheat too, otherwise just turn firewall off then play and then turn it on and leave it on with no issues in future

I began having this issue where i can stay in the fifa23 menu for about 30 minutes without issue, then it freezes and crashes.
But if i go into a match it will freeze for 2 sec and close down without any error code almost instantly.
Tried so many different "fixes" and none have worked.
This game is just dogshit.

the game runs but only on itergrated gpu which is 1gb vram and completely ignores my dedicate 4gb gpu. only runs when i disable the dedicated gpu or it would just freeze up at the title screen.😢 any help?
