Many hoped that much of the craziness that we saw in 2020 would be left behind in the new year. Here we are with more unprecedented events such as the storm on the nation's capital in an effort to prevent the presidential confirmation of Joe Biden. From a pastor's perspective, how should Christians respond?

What a great teaching! Sane, Biblical, and God glorifying. Love your calm approach to God's sovereignty over kings, nations, and our own personal lives. He is in control. He is able to use these circumstances for his own glory and a revival in people's hearts. Thanks for the message.

Smh I missed the live. I really appreciate your sober approach to this. Going down my social media feed it feel likes everyone is trying to make a headline but you've done a great job approaching this through the lens of submission to God and glorifying him first. I can't lie though my initial emotions to seeing what transpired had me shocked and angry.

Watching the video on replay and very interesting to hear an American perspective on these events. I am Canadian and our perspective is unified across our demographics. We are concerned about America. I have lost much respect for the leadership of the nation and see the nation as being in trouble. 2020 was a crazy year and by the looks of it issues are continuing to rise with issues related to covid 19. Politics in the past in America has had some minor issues, but this administration has taken it to another level. The violence was completely out of control and a huge concern because everyone around the world was watching and this may have long standing impact on the leadership of the USA moving forward. I am praying that there is some order restored as Joe Biden takes office but being a Christian and looking at the general platform of the Democratic party there may be some issues moving forward. But I agree I put my trust in God 100% and trust he will make a way out of no way.

My "politically homelessness" has caused me many problems where I am currently at. Actually, it's a big reason why I'll be transitioning. Thanks for dealing with such an important topic so well. I GREATLY appreciate your speaking out.
