I found your page today, after battling a lot of personal thoughts about boundaries with friends and the people around me. Having this video come up today can't be coincidence. I grew up looking after everyone else, making sure everyone around me was happy and cared for without worrying about myself. Now that thought process is leaving me in the dust because everyone took the love and care but never gave it back so I'm left back feeling lonely and overthinking on where I went wrong. This video helped me learn, it's not my fault. I just need to accept that they weren't my people and they needed what I had to give but it's time for me to give to myself.
