I read somewhere that he himself didn't want to sue nirvana and the label at first but he was convinced by some lawyers that he could make easy bucks by doing so, I'm not sure if that's true but it kinda make sense why he suddenly took that turn.

It's gotta hurt knowing that your biggest claim to fame is a picture taken of you as a baby. All those recreations of his "traumatic event" probably didn't help his case either, lol.

I don’t necessarily have anything against it. But I do think it’s really weird the parents thought “sure let’s have our naked baby on this cover” and his peep is just out for the world to see now

that argument wouldn't have. a much better argument was that, as a baby, he couldn't consent to the selling of his image and that his parents failed to adequately represent him, so now seeks damages. Bit of a toss up if that would work, but would come across less insulting to the judge at least.

The whole album kinda changed the way i faced music. I always felt the type of music that nirvana played and other bands made as horrible and bad, but when i listened to smells like teen spirt and the rest of the album, i instantly loved it

Honestly there is a conversation to be had about the fact that parents can just consent to their child's genitalia being exposed like that for a quick buck and the kid has no way of consenting.
