I somewhat covered this last year when the E3 trailer came but this is my first actual remix of it. I wanted to do something different, back to my roots and focus a lot on a piano and strings arrangement. It's actually quite beautiful when it's not so epic and drumming into you haha. I worked on this for a good while today and am really happy with how it turned out! I'll hopefully get this on Spotify as soon as it can be done! Cheers.

An omen child woke up, and saw the golden grace of the Erdtree shining down upon him. But the Erdtree’s light had been filtered by the bars of the surface, leaving only faint rays of gold to penetrate the darkness of the Shunning Grounds. The omen child would always climb through the many tubes and hatches to witness the light, and would stare for hours at a time. He would hear the citizenry of Leyndell walk across the ivory streets, the thuds and clangs of golden-clad knights on patrol, and the laughter during celebrations. But when the omen child became a man, he started to bear witness to other things. The roars of dragons, the cheers of a marriage, and the weeping of a mother. But what was loudest to him was one morning, when the Erdtree’s light wasn’t the only thing to wake the omen. The sound of shattering glass filled the air, like the world itself had been broken into pieces. Tiny golden fragments soon found their way into the Shunning Grounds, all of which became coveted by the omen kin. Change occurred rapidly for the omen man. His brother went missing, and the sound of battle occupied the surface. Screams of soldiers, knights, and demigods. Screams of the citizenry of Leyndell. Screams of the Erdtree. It was at that moment, when the Erdtree wept, did the omen man break free from the Shunning Grounds. He bore witness to a city shattered by war, and with a frightened populace of innocents. The Erdtree still stood, but shaken by conflict. And in the distance, the trotting of horses could be heard beyond Leyndell’s walls, and the visage of a red-haired warrior clad in golden armor. At that moment, the omen made a decision. He would be a protector, for the Erdtree and those who live beneath it. He knew he would not be loved, but love the Erdtree he would. At that moment, the omen became Leyndell’s last king.

You absolutely HAVE to do Maliketh! It's both powerful and tragic, and I feel you're incredible at evoking both of those emotions. The moment I heard that soundtrack, you literally popped up into my head and I started waiting on a remix. But of course, everything in your own time. This is a masterpiece as usual. Of a great land that once was.

Our home, across the fog, the lands between.

Fractured, by the senseless war for the shards of the Elden ring,

Tainted, by inunerable blights and famine across the lands,

And kept in constant state of chaos, by Demi-Gods, lords, and warriors greed and megalomania.

The final blow to this once prideful land, was the death of the last grace-guided tarnished, sent to put the demi-gods to the blade, Mortally wounded by one of the shard bearers.

It won't be long untill, this land dissipates into the fog.

with nothing to remember it by but the embers of meaningless war, the golden tinges of grace, forever lost, and the ashes of stories, never to be told.

Our seed, if any survive at all, will look back and recall;

The ending where the tarnished gives up the elden ring and breaks the cycle.
Then fades to dust.
Only one particular person in the world's between will remember you.

Are you planning to cover Lord of Blood by any chance? It might be my favorite boss track from the game.
