I take care of me everyday especially Sundays. God rested and so do I. I am in the gym 6 days a week. Everyday beauty routine and breathing exercises. But Sunday I steam my facial with oatmeal and herbs. Gym in the morning, shop at Ulta, then beach or movies with the hubby but end the day with my weekly skincare routine which includes face steam, all my oils, hair mask and soak in the tub. 🛀 ❤❤❤

I'm the exact opposite.... I take time for myself so much that I tend to neglect my family and friends. I'm trying work on finding a balance.

Ugh so hard to do, I'm a stay at home and I home school my 9 year old and im enrolled in college graduating this year, also hit the milestone of perimenopause and my skin and sleep has taken a severe hit. Its been so difficult but thank you for the reminder I will try my hardest.
