The Salkantay Trek! Hiking Peru's Most Beautiful Trail!

In this video I go to Cusco, Peru and start the famous Salkantay Trek up to Machu Picchu, Peru. The first day starts off by exploring Cusco and visiting the archeological site of Sacsayhuaman. After a full day of exploring and eating good Peruvian food I jump in a bus and we head to the mountains.

At our first base camp we have a wonderful dinner and wake up to stunning views of the mountains. We start our hike to Humantay Lake and then spend the rest of the day hiking up to the Salkantay Pass.

That night we make it to our base camp and sleep under the mountains and glaciers.
