Magic SFP Use Case & Application

In today's Video We take a look at the potential applications of the MDS-Link Magic SFP. These little guys come in 2 flavors. "Sfp" & "Sfp+" . There's a lot you can do with them with new or existing Infrastructure, Trunk, End point, etc. They're a very handy tool in your IT/ Isp tool pouch.

MT + UBNT is the combo to beat for price. They compliment one another well; MT has relatively weak wireless.

Also i love the deployment // application stuff as much as the next gal (I'm a field tech) but some nitty gritty theory sounds fun, especially for MoCA!

Hi there!
On the low low chance that you might see this; you mentioned these MaGiC-SFP's support the DOCSIS protocol and i'm basically wondering, is it possible to use these as for a router?
Like could i do the dial-in to my ISP over COAX with one of these MaGiC-SFP's?
The reason is that the router selection in my region is terrible and i could acquire both this and an SFP router rather easily which would provide me with all the flexibility i need!
Technically i don't even need to dial-in myself, my ISP actually does it using a MAC Address, would i use the MaGiC-SFP one for that if it even has one?

Hi! I noticed an issue when connecting 15 CPEs to a single Magic SFP. If the power goes out then the Moca CPEs become unreachable but with only 8 CPEs everything works smoothly. Any thoughts?

What about Ubiquity compatibility for us mere mortals? Can anyone please comment on the experience who has them on Ubiquity Edge Switches . Ty
