Here's a list of (exclusively) cars that spawn at all times in the game:

Los Santos/Red County:

Greenwood - Ganton, outside Sweet's house.
Blade - El Corona, in front of the garage of a house east of the safehouse.
Voodoo - El Corona, alleyway in front of Cesar's house.
Buffalo - Fern Ridge, at Catalina's hideout/save point, even after she has left for Liberty City.
Broadway - Idlewood, next to the gas station.

San Fierro/Flint County/Whetstone:

Bullet - Juniper Hollow, in the parking lot of Burger Shot.
Bullet - Doherty, in a small alcove near the Solarin Industries next to a police bribe.
Romero - Angel Pine, next to the medical center.
Jester - Ocean Flats, behind Wheel Arch Angels, sometimes locked or equipped with an alarm.
SuperGT - Easter Bay Airport, behind the control tower. The vehicle is often locked.
Glendale - Angel Pine Junkyard. (beater)
Glendale - Back o' Beyond features four of them, one of them being the "ghost Glendale". (beaters)

Las Venturas/Bone County/Tierra Robada:

Washington - Tierra Robada, next to the Mike Toreno's Ranch/save point.
Romero - Fort Carson, near the medical center.
Romero - Blackfield Chapel, features two of them.
Glendale - Lil' Probe'Inn, featuring two of them located in a trailer park across the road. (beaters)
Glendale - Valle Ocultado, behind the gas station. (beater)
Glendale - Las Payasadas, in a trailer park. (beater)

I loved how the Bullet looks like a Ford GT, the Infernus like an Acura NSX, and Jester lookin like a Toyota Supra, and the Super GT is like Nissan 300ZX

Love driving the Buffalo around the map the engine sounds are the best as well as the Infernus.. So much fun to just cruise in those cars

I like how it seems the PS2 version on an actual PS2 is the only version that has the wheels appear properly on the DFT-30

The Oceanic is such an amazing looking car at night the four headlights in the middle make it look retro futuristic having a blue on white one driving through the desert was great

For anyone who doesn’t know how to find the sandking its up by “the big ear” drive by the antenna for a little while and you should find the sandking and a pair of thermal goggles if theres any other car anyone can’t find let me know I am more than happy to help
