3:11. That's a nib and handle used as a line pen for drafting. The nib can be removed from the handle and attached to an arc compass or a beam compass. The nib is dipped into ink and ink is retained in the reservoir between the tip and adjusting screw. The line width is adjustable. The nib also has to be sharpened or shaped because the drafting paper, vellum, or linen wears the nib down. I did some line drawings on linen with these tools for extra credit for a class many years ago. It takes patience and much care. I saw a detailed locomotive drawing once that was done on linen with line pens. I have a great deal of admiration for that draftsman.

That is a salad fork. Salad and dessert forks are often the same size, but the left time of a salad fork will always have a sharp point to help secure vegetables on the journey betwixt plate and mouth.

3:40 You must have some real short bikes if you can fit the seat in there (unless it a perspective thing). Pretty sure this is meant for 2 bikes and you put the wheel in there. Also makes sense with the curve.

You have several of them wrong. The fork with different tines, the larger one is used for cutting where the pointy one is for spearing things like olives or pickles.
