To find noobmeister there u must go to floor 5 of the hotel and talk to celeb if not he wont be there as he wasn't released from the bag yet!
To beat him I used ghostwalker, stunned him with ice breath and then summoned mountain trolls as they got HP and killed other noobs and had a few heals including cakes and 2 cheeseburgers, can also use a baller dude.
