My take: it’s not for most of us, even for those of us that own and like Tudor. This is for the man that can drop that amount on something without fear of bankruptcy, because he’s a Tudor mega fan. They *do* exist. I know a user on Watch Crunch that owns one on bracelet, and he adores it.

I do not plan to buy this Tudor, but this is, on a completely irrational basis, this is the BlackBay I find the most attractive. A solid gold Swiss dive watch, what more do you want ?

It has to be said that I have been on record for asking Sinn to manufacture a solid rose gold 556 A, on an H link bracelet. Not sure they have considered it, though. Pity.

It does make sense, it is classic marketing/pricing strategy where you introduce a high end or top of the line product that is excessively priced, only so that when you do buy the second highest priced product, it “makes sense” because compared to that high end product the watch/camera/whatever you buy, is “cheap”….

My favorite 2024 is the Prospex Limited Edition 1965 Recreation European Exclusive in Gradation Island Blue. The dial is stunning and the contrast when on a white strap is to die for. I will get my hands on one from MAMACOO

To be perfectly honest, this wasnt made for people who need to "push" to reach the gold sub. It exists for people that I can't relate to, because 27k is still a life changing amlunt of money for me.
