Humboldt - Live at Wrangletown

This was the first time playing for the community in almost 10 years since going to prison and the first time I got to play with Surya, Candace and Mijel together. What happened after that special night is truly humbling. Since then I've been able to record and play a lot more music with some incredible musicians. Thank you all!!

I love it, it reminds me of the songs "Helicopters" by Rod Deal and the Ideals and "Family Felony" by the Camo Cowboys. The tune of your verse sounds like you are almost singing it to the tune of "Cat's in the cradle." The only thing I would like to recommend, musically, is that instead of ending the song with just singing, do a little dramatic diddle on the instruments and end with that after you stop singing like Phish does, that is one thing that made Phish famous because people love it. We should get together and do some of the songs I've done about Marijuana in Humboldt together, like my songs called "I Wanna Smoke Marijuana" and "I Don't Get High On Marijuana."
