Winter storm system hits the northeast

Millions in the northeast face a brutal wintry mix. Snow ice and rain pummeling the region, and parts of New England and New York expect up to two feet of snow. That precipitation coated highways across dozens of states.

Tens of thousands of customers were without power overnight in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland, and Virginia. The same storm system brought a days-long tornado outbreak to the south.

This is as Americans get ready to hit the roads and skies for holiday travel.

Oh come on! What storm? Live in New Hampshire and we only got a few inches. I hate when they lie. I keep my grandson home with a bad cough. It rained! But very little snow. Come on I’m waiting for the blizzard of 78.
