Smart Supervan recall (1998)

In 1993, BFDI launched a vehicle called the Smart Supervan. Many objects liked driving in the vehicle. But on August 28th, 1997, a Supervan exploded after a collision with a truck at 110 kilometers an hour. As a result, BFDI and the Dream Island CPSC had recalled all varieties.
