Watermelon Rind CANDY!! YUM!

Taking the rind of the watermelon after I eat it and turning it into a sugary, candy treat. You can do this with cucumbers and zucchini too. I love using the different flavors of koolaid for interesting colors and flavors, I think the best so far would be the grape, orange, and cherry though. I used watermelon koolaid for this, and it's good, but I still prefer, grape, orange and cherry the best.
