Is there way to clear responses automatically at a certain time of day?

We use a Google Form to keep track of shunter movements at a busy courier company daily. It keeps track of how many movements each driver has done per day.

We have to delete the responses before every shift or else it'll count the movements from yesterday's shift too.

I was hoping there might be a way to automatically delete the responses daily.

I have this problem that even after deleting the responses from the sheet, the new responses gets added down the sheet unless I delete the rows and that messes with my code.

deleting the sheet rows doesn't delete the responses from forms and vice versa
