When I was in Istanbul during Ramadan, it was so amazing. Throughout the day you would hear city wide prayer of calling, I can even hear it from my airbnb. I was there for 5 days and it was just an unbelievable experience.

I’m not religious but there is something beautiful about this faith.. the morning prayer songs are amazing. You can’t help but to respect the people for their loyalty to their faith. I’m from the uk but I do feel theirs a lot our people could learn from this culture.
