I think he shouldn't necessarily leave the gang but I think Tommy should go broke get robbed or scammed for all his money and the arc is to find who took his money and then take everything from said "scammer" but josh needs to find time and commitment and with his schedule I don't think he will be able to he should also follow through with his plans with Soloman as they are a really good arc for Tommy as a business man

Josh…Tommy T needs to return, but he needs and alias, I think you need to cut the mandem loose and start from fresh, you could fake his death and come back under a new name, start a new gang, and basically build up again, cause beef and then reveal that you’re actually Tommy T!!!!
