Budget Gaming PC upgrade/test in 2020

Finally Got my Msi GTX 980 and testing it on my personal build to maximize the FPS and game quality because i'm running a 1440p monitor and Would highly recommend this build for people who don't mind looking for something on the used market, cost less then new graphics card, and would pair perfectly with there older hardware and not cause any bottlenecks this is a solid way to enjoy gaming.
