Print a beautiful teapot board directly (Generate g-Code using EXCEL and Equation)

I have modified my 3d printer to be a 2D plotter. Print beautiful figures using EXCEL and Rose equation directly. Now I use a similar method to generate the g-Code file using EXCEL and equation and 3d printed. It is no need to use STL file and slice software anymore. The printed teapot board is very beautiful. And even you can transfer the g-Code file to the STL file again. But the generated STL file has a lot of faces that most slicing software can not correctly get the good g-Code file again. If someone finds the method please leave a comment. I appreciate you in advance.
Of course, I finally find a way to change the figure to the STL file. But it takes me a very long time and the final STL file is not good enough. I prefer using the direct method.
Hope it will give you some new ideas and you will like them. Please share it with your friends. Thanks a lot.

Campain for a cheap T-shirt (I have designed the T-shirt)
You can also do the Campain if you like creation (free of charge)

I use AnyCubic i3 Mega 3d printer

My favorite PLA filament, cheap and of good quality (TINMORRY)

Another PLA filament, a little expensive but very nice (Creality, high density)

Get numerous Maurer Rose figures automatically for 3d printing (advanced EXCEL tips)

Most useful and powerful text editor: Notepad ++

Add-on for g-Code format

Change g-Code file to STL or just slice STL: Voxelizer

Check g-Code file off line: LaserWeb

The sample file to calibrate the extrude factor, 10*10*1 mm

Rose-challenge.STL
Challenge.STL file that it is very hard to generate to g-Code file

Defected.STL file that top and bottom layers have problem

Final Rose STL file I use the combination of EXCEL, Illustrator, and Blender. It takes me more than 5 hours to finish printing

Directly generate the g-code file with the 20% density and 2 mm thickness

Directly generate the g-code file with the 30% density and 2 mm thickness

Directly generate the g-code file with the 50% density and 2 mm thickness
The printed model is very beautiful

SVG file

Calculate the extrude factor

EXCEL file with the initial N and D are 6 and 71. It can automatically generate the g-Code information. Next time I hope I can make it easier to use.
The Rose figures are unlimited
Have fun with it.

Have a nice day.

I like to use a 3D printer to make some new and useful things. I also like to do some detailed systematic testing. At the same time, I will share the results with you, so that you can focus on useful things that interest you. This can take your work to the next level. You can also learn a lot of new knowledge and technique.
I will also share with you some tips using Fusion 360.

respected sir, good evening,
SIR, you have taken different density 20%, 30%, 50%, 70%, 100%,
where and how to do these changes in the files to get these different densities justified.,
request for kind reply Sir.,

Hello, thank you for your great video's! I am having trouble calculating the extrude factor. Where can I find the calculate.xlsx for reference?
