This is the exact thing to do. Great customer service and no doubt, when that owner gets a new POS, he'll bring it to you for cleaning and tint. Of course sharing the story will get you LOTS more customers!

I know what Landers GMC would have done, they would have denied any fault, like they did to me. Fixed it myself and they haven't seen my truck since and never will as long as I own it

someone hit my car once, damaged the hood and bumper, after getting it fixed the windshield was cracked in multiple places, they acted like it was not them and had to practically beg for them to pay for it. good on you
