Man, rarely have I ever seen someone give as much of himself physically, emotionally and most of all musically to a live performance as Phil Collins. Hats off here.

I'm continuously blown away by this concert. I don't even have the words to describe how brilliant and moving it is.
Anyone who thinks that Phil Collins was just the guy who sang you can't hurry love etc should watch this. He is mesmerising. The band are outstanding. The energy and the atmosphere is both electric and tender when needed. Simply stunning.

I discover Genesis in 1981 when I was 10 years old. After hearing a lot of music and bands since then, they are in my opinion the best band of the entire rock history. Just Beatles, King Crimson, Yes and Jethro Tull play in the same league, but no band like Genesis touch my heart as they do.

Tony's piano playing on Ripples is absolutely beautiful, one of the bands greatest performances, and Phil's singing is simply awesome, bravo to Genesis, my all time favorite band..😎👍

I’ve watched this well over 100 times and was at the show at the Liverpool Empire - for all the bands that I have had the opportunity to see and listen to, this for me, is by far the greatest of them all. Magical in so many ways as they worked their way through the complicated and multi-layered sounds that truly Made them what they were. Their greatest tour in my book by far be my favorite band of all times.

This is some of Phil’s best live vocal’s. Im talking absolutely incredible vocals. I love how he’s switching up each song’s vocal line a bit. Just amazing stuff. Such an understated vocalist. He was fire in the late 70’s early 80’s man. Best rock vocal in that time.

I taped this concert from Radio 1's The Friday Rock Show with Tommy Vance over 40 years ago. Played the cassette literally 100's of times and knew every note played and word sung. Subsequently lent the tape out and it never returned. So glad I've rediscovered this so many years later. What a performance, MAGICAL CONCERT!

I love this show and era for Genesis because they are transitioning into the 80’s- Phil’s performance is so tight you can’t see light through it sideways- he’s got a laser focus and the band just follows suit with absolute excellence-what I wouldn’t give to have been at that show- I FEEL LIKE I AM-Absolute

I’m 64 years old. I too can’t count the number of times I’ve watched this show. The level of talent is unmatched by any other group out there. Ever…..
I LOVE the Phil Collins of Genesis from the 70’s and early 80’s. This level of creativity simply doesn’t exist today. So glad I got to FEEL and experience of greatness of Genesis as a youngster. Gotta throw ELP into the discussion as well.
