Memorial in Escondido, California to a Marine killed in combat

A permanent memorial to Marine Lance Corporal Jesus Alberto Suarez del Solar in Kit Carson Park keeps his memory alive to the many Escondido residents that visit the large community park. His grave is in Oak Hill Cemetery, about 5 miles away.
