Dr. Samara Gibson from DMC Sinai-Grace's Women's Services explains what Ovarian Cysts are made of and how they are diagnosed. Ovarian Cysts are sacs generally filled with fluid, blood or body tissues. They are connected to the ovary. Ovarian cysts are mostly asymptomatic. They can be diagnosed by an ultrasound, seen during surgery, or by an exam by your physician. Ovarian cysts are generally asymptomatic until they rupture open or become large enough to twist. Most women will get an ovarian cyst at least once in their life, and most resolve on their own. There are many type of ovarian cysts. Polycystic Ovary Syndrome can sometimes lead to a more difficult conception, but this is not a primary source of infertility for women.

These are actually very good insights, thanks. If you're looking for a proven home treatment that can help you get rid of the discomfort and bloating, you may want to check out Tilly Strankten's website. No, it's not conventional, and that's what makes it super effective. Just google her if you're curious.

Interesting, feeling how the bloating and pain receded within approximately two months made all the difference, I simply go’ogled the latest by Tilly Strankten and her Ovarian Cyst Guide and although it really took about 10 weeks for it to totally shrink and vanish I’ve never felt so light and relaxed.
