I can only say that these Begin Japanology videos are older than posted. I can remember when this video had no pauses. Could it be a degradation of copying?

I rarely thumb down those that post Japanology videos, but there are four or five muted parts and that is WAY too many. I understand you have to worry about copy right strikes. But if you can not compensate with subtitles or speech without music, really no need to bother as about a quarter of the video becomes useless without the context.
