... It's funds from the GOVT that Tax Payers are paying. We never get a say in how the organization that's supposed to protect it's People uses it except (somewhat) through elections and petitions. She has a right to to petition for the assistance of a people in the USA that are being openly discriminated against and murdered on a regular bases. She's not asking to get them to spread any kind of "doctrine" or anything. She just wants the GOVT to do something to help stop the madness and hate that these American people are faced with.
