FYI, Russia has been conscription foreign citizens in India, Nepal and Sri Lanka(I think Sri Lanka). They advertise online for security jobs and in the contracts they state they are possibly reassigned as needs come up. Once they arrive they reassign them and give them 2 weeks of training before sending them out to the front lines. The 2 weeks of training is confirmed by those who managed to speak to family.
