Tour Davien’s UWM Kenilworth single room

Take a tour of Davien’s single room in Kenilworth Square Apartments, one of four residence halls at UW-Milwaukee. To be eligible to live in Kenilworth Square, students must either be graduate students or, if they’re doing an undergraduate program, must be at least 21 years old or be a junior or senior.

Kenilworth Square is located about five minutes south of campus on the corner of N. Farwell Avenue and E. Kenilworth Place. Nearby, you’ll find restaurants, coffee shops, an independent movie theater, bank, public library and a grocery store within a two- to five-minute walk. Building amenities include garage parking, a fitness center, on-site laundry, 24/7 security and more.

Davien’s single room is one of many floor plans in Kenilworth, which includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. All apartments include a full kitchen and sitting area. There are a handful of upgraded Kenilworth apartments that also have in-unit laundry. (Standard Kenilworth apartments have access to shared laundry.)
