Yes Nm is Newton Meters measure of Torque... So the Diesel engine combined with Electric engine has total of 910Nm.. which is pretty amazing.

Yes over a hundred years. Submarines, trains, aircraft tugs. Why is it just now getting to boats, semis, cars and pickup trucks? I do not know either but, I and so glad it finally is. Check out Edison Motor of Canada. Like OXE they are using this tech to do amazing things and they are 100% for right to repair!

I know Toyota Zenix Inova use hybrid, The problem is that when cruising at a stable speed and using diesel, battrai is only used when stuck in the city. the question is how often do boats get stuck at sea? I suspect only 1% when docking

OK, but it will cost you about $90, 000 for a 300HP engine. Sounds to me that the only application that will work is selling it to government and law enforcement who always like to spend other people's money. You can buy 5 - 300 horsepower gasoline outboards for the price of one hybrid diesel. Crazy.
