Kids will be picky as long as you let 'em and they'll eat anything if they're hungry enough. Hubby and I decided that picky eaters were a battle we were willing to fight, but all in all it took the kids less than a week to get on board with "eat what I cook or don't eat" and we never had to deal with pickiness again. Now they're 14 and 18 and still (mostly) pick salads and veggies over junk.

You're not a bad mom! You are a great mom! Sometimes we just have to pick our battles. Your kids are fed, and they seem healthy and happy. They have a happy mom, too; and I think as mothers, we tend to forget how much they need that.

I don't know if this would work for you, but I have seen documentaries and such that kids are more likely to eat veggies if they help grow them.

Hey emily, your style screams bohemian which is a style others may not gravitate to, dont get offended if someone says they dont like what you like but I think you should hang the picture frame and put the bible on a bookstand, then angle plant lamp and bookstand or play around with the set up and take pics to see what looks best or look on pinterest for ideas 😁
