I’m bout to open up to my coach and my team about my biggest insecurity that being I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at 18, I hide this disease from everybody my coach my friends my tm8s, and Im just waiting for my coach to call me, so I can tell him, and tbh boys I’m scared. Idk why maybe cause I see it as my only weakness, but this is what I’m going through rn and I need to type this out cause I’m done fucking hiding, wish me the courage to stop hiding and to truly show and live to my full self, nothing hidden.
